Hyoketsu Zero is Kirin Brewery's sugar-free version of Hyoketsu, its bestselling mildly alcoholic drink made from shochu, soda water and fruit juice. Kirin chose to compensate for the absence of sugar here by upping the alcohol content from the normal 6 to 7%.
