Kirin Brewery traditionally releases Aki Aji (literally, ‘Taste of Autumn’), a limited edition beer, in the fall every year. The changes of the seasons are always beautiful in Japan, but the turning leaves of the fall may well be the most ravishing sight of all. Kirin’s Aki Aji, with its full body and rich taste, is a perfect match for the seasonal foods of autumn, and Bravis has been designing the maple leaf-based packaging for this brand every year since Bravis founding in 1996.

Bravis focused on expressing the sense of ‘giving oneself a luxurious treat’ inherent in a limited-edition seasonal product like this. In addition to Aki Aji, Bravis also designed Kirin’s premium brand Beer Shokunin and the Honey Brown brand in the low-malt sector.
