Bravis makes a rigorous definition of the company philosophy and the company vision. Together these form the basis of the identity development. Bravis conducts surveys to see what problems the current identity is confronting, then establishes and tests hypothetical solutions for them.

After proposing a basic brand strategy, we establish what the preconditions for design development are. We then establish development criteria and directions based on these. At Bravis, the entire design team, which includes a number of foreign designers, participates in the design development process, while a wide variety of directions, all conforming with the design goals, are explored. The various designs created by the team are then evaluated against the initial criteria and cut down this way. The designs in the presentation represent the best ideas of the whole team.

After the basic design element has been chosen, Bravis creates a design system for practical implementation of the Identity and the creation of basic application items. Having a well thought-out design system is a prerequisite for the identity to work well. Observing the rules of the design system is the basis for the all-round projection of a consistent visual image.

A design system needs to be managed and applied methodically in order to achieve the formation of the desired brand image. A design management manual is created so that that the new design system can be properly maintained over the long term. The Design Management Manual is a tool that makes it possible to maintain quality and consistency of design across various sites and media.
