The Color of the Sun
Taiyo, like many Japanese insurance firms, it sells its products through a network of saleswomen. It therefore wanted to develop a new visual identity that would be popular with both its female staff and its female clientele.

Creative Response
Since Taiyo means 'Sun' in Japanese, Bravis decided on a sun motif for the visual identity. The sun is presented as rising from the far horizon, its image reflected in water. The rising has positive connotations of expert wealth management, while the three ripples serve to give character to the design and to feminize the traditional rising sun image. The company name, meanwhile, is in a large, bold typeface, suggesting a highly competent and professional organization.
