Master Kong’s Red BBQ Beef Noodle Noodle is the No. 1 selling instant noodle in the Chinese market. We implemented a strategic branding strategy that incorporated the know-how to market an ordinary product as a luxury product.
Master Kong’s No. 1 selling instant noodle in China, “Master Kong Hong Yaki Beef Noodle,” was planned to be sold as a souvenir to tourists visiting the airport in order to expand sales channels and further enhance the brand value. In order to sell the regular product, which is sold at a lower price, at a higher price, a luxurious package was required to keep the image of the regular product while looking good for the price.
The design maintained the format of the regular product, with a red background, a ramen noodle with many ingredients, and an aroma line wafting from it, while using gold for the rising aroma to express the ramen’s luxury and quality.
