Outline of the product development support program DeVil Insight
1.Opportunity (identification of market opportunities)
Through trend gathering, ethnography, and other research, as well as out-of-the-box proprietary sessions, we identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the marketplace and identify areas for deepening insight.
2. Insight (Insight Research)
We discover the hidden psychological “insights” that motivate people using research methods that we have developed independently based on theories of psychology, cultural anthropology, and statistics, and that have a proven track record of over 10 years.
Ideation (Idea Development)
In a workshop conducted by your company, BRAVIS, and Decom, ideas are developed to create products and services that capture market opportunities and insights.
Visualization (PACKCEPT™ development) More than
40 designers, brand consultants, and copywriters will develop PACKCEPT™ by integrating concept, naming, tagline, and package design ideas.
5.Test (Idea Validation)
Through both quantitative and qualitative research, we evaluate the developed insights and ideas, statistically verify their marketability, and brush up on the ideas.
6. finalization (final designing)
After conducting a similar trademark search, a naming proposal is determined, and the design is finalized and submitted based on the results of the idea validation study.
